The men’s national soccer team Germany, known as Die Mannschaft, will play in their 21st FIFA World Cup in 2026. Germany is one of the most successful teams in the history of football, having won the trophy four times in the years of 1954, 1974, 1990, and 2014. After back-to-back group-stage exits in 2018 and 2022, the team is determined to restore its reputation under coach Julian Nagelsmann.
